OVERVIEW
March For Education Foundation of Connecticut is an entirely non profit organization filed under the 501(C)3 LAW. Designed to not only instill a love for education within our youth but also within the parents and young adults here in the community. We are actively assisting in clothing drives, interactive fundraising and offering needful resources and supplies that some students are unable to attain. We are currently building our Summer Enrichment Program that is created to assist in keeping the energy of learning alive during summer break. Allowing learning to be fun paired with a personal choice rather than a requirement will instill the lifestyle of learning that we are seeking.
GOALS
- To gain sponsorship that will continually allow us to give the children cost free enrichment; by way of summer programs and scholarship opportunities.
- To gain funds to allow the ability to donate learning implements such as tablets, computers and other things that are out of reach for special needs and low income families.
SPECIFICATIONS
All of our events are held for all families and supporters to enjoy food, games, friendly competitions, karaoke and live music. March for Education Foundation of CT would like to have you and your business logo there. We were looking for some sponsorship and/or donations by way of cash, check or gift certifications.
The summer program and other events scheduled throughout the year 2022 and moving forward annually are designed to enrich the youth by way of dialectical behavior skills, etiquette, and many other skills that will add a greater value to their purpose in life as well as bridge the gap for them to succeed in their young adulthood and maintain through their adult lives. We are holding this event to raise the money for it. Other packages offered are as follows below;

MILESTONES
Summer Enrichment Program
We are preparing our six week summer program that will help to keep the energy of learning alive during summer break. Our program is structured around skill building with cognitive behavioral development. Individual and family counseling is also available as needed. In this program our youth band, step and cheer teams will learn camaraderie and teamwork as they accomplish performances and creative awareness. Thus honing their inner potential and expression in a productive manner for the community.

Group Youth Trips
We will provide group trips that are chosen to give interactive educational value along with social and team building skills, providing experiences that will create moments to enrich a sense of hope towards great opportunity.
Many will be free or low cost to those who can not afford the experience because of financial hardship.

Annual Parade & Festival
Our parade is credited for bringing together the community in an effort to celebrate accomplishments in education. With this we promote expression with freedom to celebrate how much the youth as a whole have accomplished.
By merging the Festival and Parade we can bring awareness to the local small businesses as well as advertising for our sponsors. A collaboration between families, political leaders, our local small businesses and our very own future leaders. Brought to you by sponsors like yourself.
